Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your country, to purchase or create an account with Rich Babe Era™.

2. Your Account

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login details secure.
• Be responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Rich Babe Era™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

3. Digital Products

Rich Babe Era™ provides digital products designed for personal use.

These may include:

• Rich Babe Era Creator™
• Future Rich Babe Era™ experiences

Products may evolve over time as we improve features and functionality.

4. Purchases

Where a product is sold as a one-time purchase, your purchase grants access according to the product description at the time of purchase.

Rich Babe Era Creator™ Membership is sold as a recurring monthly subscription.

• For memberships started on or after 1 October 2026, you will be charged A$49 AUD every month until cancelled. A$49 AUD is the total amount charged and includes any applicable indirect taxes (such as GST or VAT). Where tax applies, it is calculated, collected and remitted by our payment provider acting as merchant of record for the transaction.
• Founding Members who joined before 1 October 2026 continue to be charged A$29 AUD every month, on the same basis, for as long as their membership remains continuously active. If a Founding Membership ends, rejoining is at the standard price at that time.
• Your membership renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your purchase date, using your saved payment method.
• You can cancel anytime through Account & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• We do not provide automatic pro-rata refunds for the remaining part of a billing period after cancellation.
• Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, and your bank may present the amount in your local currency.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Copy, distribute or resell our products.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with our services.
• Use our products for unlawful purposes.
• Share paid access with others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Rich Babe Era™, including text, graphics, branding, product names, software, designs and digital experiences, remains the intellectual property of Rich Babe Era™ unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product.

Ownership is not transferred.

7. Artificial Intelligence

Some Rich Babe Era™ products use artificial intelligence to generate personalised content.

AI-generated responses are intended for personal development and educational purposes only.

They should not be considered medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

8. Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to our products.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich Babe Era™ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on the Rich Babe Era™ website.

Continued use of our products after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Australian courts.
