Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Rich Babe Era™.

If you have questions before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us so we can help you choose the right product.

Digital Products

Rich Babe Era™ primarily sells digital products that become available immediately after purchase.

Because of the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once access has been provided.

Subscriptions & Cancellation

Rich Babe Era Creator™ Membership is a recurring monthly subscription.

• For memberships started on or after 1 October 2026, you will be charged A$49 AUD every month until cancelled. A$49 AUD is the total amount charged and includes any applicable indirect taxes, which are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record.
• Founding Members who joined before 1 October 2026 continue to be charged A$29 AUD every month for as long as their membership remains continuously active.
• Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
• You can cancel anytime through Account & Billing inside Rich Babe Era Creator™.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until that date.
• We do not provide automatic pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once it has begun.
• After cancellation, you will not be charged again and no further renewals will occur.

If something has gone wrong — for example a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a technical problem preventing access — contact us and we will review it.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, does not perform as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where required by law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will review the purchase and assist you.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing a purchased product, please contact us before requesting a refund.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Chargebacks

If you believe there has been an unauthorised transaction, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
