Marketing emails

Marketing emails are optional. They include Rich Babe Era Creator news, community invitations, creator tips and membership offers. We only send them if you opt in, for example by ticking the optional box when you create your account, in your Account settings or on Creator Home. We record when and where you made your choice and the wording you agreed to.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can turn marketing emails off at any time in your Account settings. Unsubscribing does not affect account, security, billing or other essential service emails, or your daily reel reminders, which you manage separately.

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), an email marketing provider, to send marketing emails. If you opt in, we share your email address, first name and the type of Creator membership you hold with Brevo so we can send relevant emails and measure deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes. Brevo may process this information outside Australia, including in the European Union.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted providers who assist with:
